Albury House is a thatched 17th century spacious, stylish and comfortable family home in the centre of Charmouth, ideal all the year round for family get together or two families. There are two reception rooms, a four oven AGA plus a separate electric oven and hob. All the good sized bedrooms are light and airy. There is a conservatory with a utility area leading onto the garden. The shops and beach are a short walk away and perfect for rock-pooling, fossil hunting and exploring the Jurassic Coast. Guests are well catered for with a new improved Sky service installed, Fibre Broadband as well as Sky Sports HD and Sky Cinema HD Xbox 360, games books, DVD’s and children’s toys. Outside there is a lovely enclosed, large garden with a good sized sunny terrace (wooden table and chairs for 10 and barbecue), a football net and trampoline plus plenty of parking to the rear of the property, a real bonus in Charmouth. Please note this property has a capacity of 10 (+3 sleeping on a daybed/ truckle beds). These can be added during the booking process (£40 per person).
