This lovely mid-terrace cottage is situated close to the marina in the popular sailing village of Craobh Haven. Situated on the scenic west coast of Scotland, this charming property is well-located for couples or families looking to explore this area. Two steps lead up into this beautifully-appointed cottage and into the sociable open plan living area. Here there is a cosy sitting area with eco multi-fuel stove, the ideal place to curl up after a busy day out with views of the pretty terraced houses opposite. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a tasty meal which can be enjoyed together at the drop leaf dining table. The owners have tastefully appointed the property with a delightful coastal theme throughout. Upstairs there are two pleasant bedrooms; a king size double and a twin. There is also a contemporary shower room. To the rear of the cottage there is a small patio area where you can bask in the suns rays as you enjoy a morning coffee, and a large lawned garden which is open to the woodlands beyond giving it a lovely sense of space and tranquillity and is perfect to sit and watch the visiting wildlife. If you fancy a night off from the cooking, why not head down to Loch Melfort Hotel, and enjoy a meal or drink whilst soaking up the glorious surroundings. Begin your day in Croabh Haven which boasts a lovely marina where you can view the wide variety of boats or for the more energetic lace up your walking boots and enjoy one of the spectacular walks into the countryside; The Giving Tree provides a lovely spot to refuel during the summer months. The nearby village of Ardfern hosts another marina, the Ardfern Village Store and Lucy’s Cafe; you can also treat your loved ones to a cold beverafe at the Galley of Lorne Pub or try your hand at a range of watersports at tge Craignish Village and Ardfern Yacht Centre. There are riding stables nearby if you fancy viewing the countryside from horseback or hop on board and enjoy a boat trip around the clear waters. The towns of Oban and Lochgilphead are well worth a visit and offer a wide variety of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and a cinema.
