    Hendre Cottage, a semi-detached property tucked away on the main road through the village of Llwyngwril, Gwynedd. Offering a well-presented interior, a rear garden and off-road parking, whilst being just a short distance from the beach, Hendre Cottage is an excellent escape for families looking to explore North Wales. Cross the threshold into Hendre Cottage where you will be welcomed by an inviting living/dining area, complete with a Smart TV for cosy nights in. For meals, the fully-equipped kitchen ensures all your culinary needs are taken care of, whilst the external utility room provides extra storage and convenience. Step outside and be met with a pleasant patio, ideal for a drink as you listen to the small stream run by. Whisk upstairs to find three bedrooms, including two doubles, one with en-suite shower and a bunk, served by a bathroom where you can enjoy lazy soaks. The coastal village of Llwyngwril makes a lovely base, home to a farm shop which is stocked with fresh local produce, a coffee shop and bar which is a short stroll from the cottage. Whilst it is a slightly longer walk to beach, which is mainly shingle but offers stretches of sand and rock pools at low tide. You will be welcomed to a hamper which is sourced from Hendre Hall, typically including local Welsh sausages, bacon, Dysynni eggs, milk, tea and coffee to get you started. There is a train station which provides links to the famous Cambrian Coast railway line and all the towns along its route such as Aberdyfi, Barmouth and Pwllheli to name a few. Keen cyclists can embark on a journey along the Mawddach trail, offering an 8-mile route spanning to Morfa Mawddach railway station and over the infamous Barmouth Bridge, Tal Y Llyn vintage steam railway in Tywyn, the pretty village of Portmeirion. Moving further south, you’ll reach the market town of Dolgellau, the gateway to Southern Snowdonia, renowned for its rugged landscape, majestic mountains and pristine beaches. With its enchanting appeal, you can explore all that the Welsh coastline has to offer during your stay at Hendre Cottage.
