An original fisherman’s cottage in Brancaster Staithe, Marram Cottage has been sympathetically renovated to retain its cosy charm but provide all the modern conveniences a family needs. Downstairs, the living space is open-plan featuring french doors leading to the enclosed courtyard garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin room. These fisherman’s cottages were the lifeblood of this community for centuries and the last fisherman to own the cottage was John Ullet, who gave the cottage its unique carved fireplace with fish motifs. Additional Information Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). A cot and highchair are available, please request when booking. There is no starter pack (which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.
