Ouzi’s Place is a delightful annex, perched in the market town of Shepshed, Leicestershire. Set within the ground’s of the owner’s home, this single-storey abode is the perfect spot for couples looking to escape from it all. Step inside and discover the inviting open-plan living space, where you can relax on the sofa in front of the Smart TV or share a meal at the dining table for two. The kitchen is well-equipped with a two-ring hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a kettle, so you can put your culinary skills to the test. The outside communal areas will be shared by both your dog and the owners dog whom has access 24/7, is a young energetic 6 month old Male Schnauzer. Please bear this in mind, and if your dog is unruly, could you please respect the owners wishes and put them on a leash please. After a day spent exploring, make your way to the Double bedroom, with fresh linen on the bed and hanging space for your clothes. Freshen up in the morning in the shower room and enjoy a cup of tea on the patio with table and chairs, thinking about the adventures to come. Explore the quaint charm Shepshed; this idyllic market town is filled with traditional shops and high-street retailers, along with a great choice of restaurants and pubs to sample. Perhaps visit the Shepshed Water Mill to admire the flowing river or have a leisurely walk and take in the tranquil scenery. For those looking to explore beyond Shepshed, a peaceful day can be spent in the nearby Bradgate Park, beacon Hill or Charnwood Forest, or head to the city of Leicester, home to the King Power Stadium, a must for those who are football fans or The Space Centre.
