Located in the bustling Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, Sea View is peacefully tucked away from the hubbub of the seafront, yet close to the impressive carrstone striped cliffs the town is famed for. Boasting an outdoor heated swimming pool available all year round, this contemporary detached hideaway beautifully embodies modern coastal living in a traditional setting. Instantly impressive, Sea View comprises of an open plan living environment that has been thoughtfully curated to evoke relaxation. Boots or sandy shoes can be removed in the convenient porch that leads through to the light and bright ground floor. The well-equipped country style kitchen boasts plenty of worktop space and an island making it the perfect stage for whipping up a fantastic feast made using the local produce the area is famed for. Seating for six guests is available around a charming wooden table in the dining area. A great place to gather together for breakfast to plan the day ahead, or share wine, food and conversation long into the evening. Sumptuous sofas provide a tranquil place to nestle into after a day spent exploring the big outdoors. Ignite the wood burning stove and revel in the warmth and ambient light that fills the room. Large bi-fold doors open out into the sun terrace and well-kept garden, ideal for allowing the fresh sea air to drift through. Less mobile guests, or guests who prefer a bit more privacy, will benefit from the conveniently located ground floor bedroom two, which hosts a king-size bed and is served by a ground floor shower room. Upstairs, three further bedrooms are presented. Boasting views to the sea and the iconic Hunstanton Lighthouse, the master bedroom hosts a king-size sleigh bed with doors to a front balcony, and is served by an en suite bathroom offering bath with shower over. A double bed is available in bedroom three, with twin beds offered by bedroom four which also shares the same seascape views as the master bedroom. As the only west-facing resort on the east coast of Britain, Hunstanton is known for its stunning sunsets – guests are in for a spectacular show! All bedrooms have been decorated using a muted colour palette, with beds dressed in good quality linens to ensure that guests experience a much-needed restorative deep sleep. An additional shower room, featuring a large walk-in shower completes this floor. Outside, Sea View has been designed to excite and entertain. The heated outdoor heated swimming pool is available to swim in every day of the year. Even when visiting during the winter months, guests can indulge in an awakening dip before breakfast! A charming sun terrace hosting rattan sun-loungers can be accessed from the ground floor, meaning that chilled refreshments are easily accessible. The barbecue and outdoor dining table beckon guests to dine al fresco on sunny days. Being fully enclosed, the garden is a safe place for supervised children and dogs to play. Parking is available for up to five cars on the driveway to the front of the property. Excellently situated, Sea View is within walking distance of the beach, promenade, theatre, shops, cafes and restaurants in Hunstanton town.
