A luxurious single-storey property conveniently located off the main coast road in Brancaster, Whitehaven has been beautifully and tastefully furnished, featuring a conservatory and enclosed courtyard. The lovely sandy beach is less than a mile away, and the village pub can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. A real home-from-home, with lots of extra touches to make your holiday extra special, right on the North Norfolk coast. The comfortable detached open-plan accommodation provides a superb kitchen, dining room, sitting room and conservatory; four charming bedrooms and an enclosed, furnished courtyard. A park and tennis courts are just a stone's throw away. Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licensed, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. Adjacent is 5 acres of playing fields, including two full size goals, a children’s playground along with equipment designed to help coordination and balance, and a family area with picnic tables.
