Local shop 1.5 miles. Asda super store, Sovereign harbour and shopping centre 10 minutes by car. Rear garden with furniture and BBQ. No smoking. No pets. Note: Due to the period of the cottage, doorways are low and stairs are steep and narrow, there is a step up into the twin bedroom and the bedrooms have access directly from the stairs; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 5 years of age.
The cottage has a cosy lounge/dining room with seating for four with a wood burning stove to provide extra heating and a cosy atmosphere on chilly winter evenings. The kitchen has an eye level double oven with a ceramic hob, extractor, plenty of cupboards and worktops. Door to hall with shoe rack, bench seat and coat hooks. Door to bathroom or door to utility room with washing machine, ironing board with door leading to back garden. Open plan stairs from the kitchen lead to the two attractive bedrooms, one twin with attractive views inland. The king size room with uninterrupted sea views. (Both with black out curtains). Just take a little care when stepping onto the stairs from the twin bedroom.
