FAQs

Will bed linen and towels be provided in my property?

Most properties include towels and bed linen in the rental price, but there are a few exceptions. To ensure you have the correct information, please check the summary section of the property description.
Remember to bring your beach towels, and please note that cot linen is not provided.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Many of our properties do allow dogs. Just select the Pets or No Pets toggle in the search and voila! Search results will be filtered accordingly.

When is check in and check out

Complete details regarding arrival and departure times will be given once your booking is confirmed. Please note that the Owners are unable to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out.

Can I park at the property?

Many properties offer parking for at least one car. However, in some areas, parking may be on the street or in a public car park. Please refer to the property summary section for complete details about the available parking options.

Can I charge my electric car at the property?

Properties with dedicated charging points are clearly advertised, and each property description will include details about any additional charges.

If a property does not have a dedicated charging point, you must not charge your car at the property. We recommend using nearby charging stations instead.

Does the property offer a BBQ?

You might want to enjoy a barbecue or two while on holiday. Many properties provide a barbecue, and you can check the summary section on the property page to see if one is available. If you plan to bring a portable barbecue, please consult with the Owner first to ensure it is allowed at the property you have booked.

Are any of the properties suitable for people with mobility needs?

All properties are individually owned and have varying levels of accessibility. It is crucial to carefully read the property layouts and descriptions to ensure the property meets your needs, as accessibility requirements can vary widely. Please review the key features in the property description to determine suitability, and use the available search options if these features are important to you. If you have specific requirements, please contact us so we can help find a property that meets your needs.

How do I view the property address?

To view the address of your property, please log in to your Sykes account and select the ‘Getting Here’ section of your booking. Note that the address, directions, and key collection information will only be released once the full balance for your holiday has been paid. Be sure to plan your journey well to avoid getting lost.

What is a Good Housekeeping Bond?

Some properties require a Good Housekeeping Bond for their booking. This bond is a security deposit made between you and the property owner, either taken or held on a provided payment card, to ensure that you will take care of the property and cause no damage during your stay. If no damage occurs, the bond will be refunded within 14 days of departure or won’t be charged to your card.
