Enjoying a private, secure location in the small settlement of Penrhynside, in the secluded Penrhyn Bay area and just a short walk from Llandudno, is this lovely end-of-terrace property, Bryn Tirion. This charming property has a stylish interior with carefully chosen artwork and furniture. Bryn Tirion is perfect for a family break or an adventure with friends and rests within easy reach of an array of attractions in nearby Llandudno, Conwy, Snowdonia and Conwy Valley. A sleek white kitchen plays host to a wealth of appliances where you can whip up delicious meals for the group and when it’s ready to serve up, take a seat in the tastefully-renovated dining room with period touches like the original fireplace and quarry floor tiles. Sit on rustic dining chairs and tuck in, with views out to the lovely terrace garden beyond. On warm days, take your food and drinks outside and make use of the charming wooden bench seating and table, providing a perfect way to end the day on the enclosed sun-trap upper patio. For cooler evenings, retreat to the sitting room where two inviting sofas offer a homely place to relax, whether you’re in the mood for a film on the Smart TV or just want to continue the conversation with your nearest and dearest. Discover two bedrooms up on the first floor, both spacious and tranquil settings with gorgeous, original, wooden floorboards adding a certain character. Here you will find a king-size bedroom with far-reaching views across the bay; the other bedroom on this level is a double. The second floor is where you can find another king-size bed in the eaves, with exposed beams and sloping ceilings, which provides a secluded space to rest in or have fun with the table football game. There is a second TV, suitable for the selection of DVD’s up in this bedroom; perfect for children who want to watch something different on TV or have some chill-out time. Go back down to the first floor to the newly tiled bathroom, where a bath with a shower over offers an attractive spot to freshen up. Take the night off from cooking by visiting one of Penrhynside’s famous pubs where you can enjoy a pint of local, real ale. Try The Penrhyn Arms, which has a wood fired pizza oven or alternatively, head down to Penrhyn Bay Beach, enjoy a tipple at The Beach Café Bar or walk/drive over to Glanwyddan and dine or stop for a drink at The Queens Head, an award winning gastro-pub with a lovely beer garden. Walk along the Wales Coast Path and go to Angel Bay; perched atop the cliff as you look down to the water’s edge and try to spot the seals with their cubs, especially during the cubbing season. Carry on over the Little Orme to reach the promenade and the sweeping bay of Llandudno. For an extended walk, continue over the Great Orme, exploring the Llandudno seafront as you go, with its seaside novelties, Punch and Judy and Victorian Pier. The medieval town of Conwy is also nearby and home to the world-famous Conwy Castle and Plas Mawr Elizabethan heritage townhouse building. Go for a stroll along Conwy Quay, have your photo taken beside the Smallest House in Great Britain, go crabbing from the Quay Jetty, and stop for a drink at the Liverpool Arms and watch the world go by. Have an ice cream from Parisella’s Ice Cream shop (made in Conwy) and then pick up some mussels from Conwy Mussels next to the RNLI building and take them back to Bryn Tirion for dinner. Make some everlasting memories in North Wales with Bryn Tirion – Penrhynside as your elegant base.
