There is a downstairs shower room with corner shower, loo and wash hand basin.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and wash hand basin. There is a separate toilet.

There is a games room, with a 3/4 size snooker table, football table, magnetic dartboard and white/ black boards.

The spacious garden is fully enclosed and the owners have provided a trampoline and a swing that kids will love. There is also a patio area to the front of the property with garden furniture.
