Named after botanist and first FBA Director, Harold Pearsall, this wonderful cottage has a quality bedroom with super king-size bed and a welcoming open-plan living area with private balcony overlooking the stunning Windermere. A beautiful base set in a lovely location. About the owner – Founded in 1929, The Freshwater Biological Association (FBA) is a thriving membership association, independent scientific organisation and a registered charity. The FBA promote freshwater science through a number of ways, such as innovative research, science projects, training courses and workshops, maintained specialist scientific facilities, national and international scientific meetings and publications.
