Situated within the seaside town of Newport is this 18th century cottage, making a cosy and comfortable base for your holiday. It is only a short walk to the town centre where you can find a full range of individual shops and many cafes and restaurants – all without the use of a car.
Walking into the property from the enclosed garden / patio you enter past the utility and family bathroom into the warm open plan living space with underfloor heating and the original inglenook fireplace with gas fired “woodburner” style stove, comfy sofa and chairs. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with quality Bosch appliances and everything you need to whip up a lovely meal. Moving upstairs there is a twin and double bedroom, both have sea views through the Velux windows and views of Carningli mountain from the dormer windows.
It is a short walk to Parrog beach, the Nevern estuary and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. This is a great property to discover and enjoy Pembrokeshire and the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee the weather, but you won’t have to travel far for your relaxation and recuperation!
