Large garden with lawn, terrace, hot tub and garden furniture. 35 acres of land, accessible to guests, with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways, steep woodland areas. Two well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies). Guests can walk their dogs along mown paths around the owner’s fields. Dogs must be duck and dog friendly as there are resident ducks on the pond and the owners have their own cats and dogs. No children under 8 years. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, coast 3 miles. Please Note: Only week-long Saturday-to-Saturday bookings can be accommodated.

This delightful stone barn conversion has a private hot tub and upside down living, with lovely garden and woodland views. It’s set up to be perfect for two couples or a small family.
New Quay is well known for its pod of resident dolphins, which can be spotted from the quay, or you can take a boat trip from the harbour wall.
There are plenty of beaches along the Cardigan Bay coastline to choose from such as Aberaeron, New Quay, Cwmtydu, Llangrannog, Tresaith and Penbryn.
Days out nearby include the honey farm, coracle centre, cheese farm, National Wool Museum, Museum of Internal Fire, steam railway and the lovely National Trust estate and gardens at Llanerchaeron.
