Alternatively, head closer to Ambleside and you can ascend the slopes of Loughrigg Fell or Wansfell Pike. The Blithe Hare also enjoys easy access to a well-stocked shop, a great themed restaurant, The Sun Inn and you’ll also get to use Choices Leisure Club with its gym, pool, sauna and steam room.
