The Linhay is a delightful detached barn conversion resting in the attractive hamlet of Knightacott, one mile from the village of Bratton Fleming and within easy reach of the Exmoor National Park and excellent surfing and swimming beaches on the north coast. The comfortable cottage provides exclusive access to a range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities including tennis court and squash court.
    Walk, swim, play to your heart’s content and finish your day relaxing in a hot tub, watching the sun set overlooking far-reaching views across the stunning countryside of North Devon.
    Walking through. Upon arrival at the property, you will be immediately taken by the gorgeous surroundings of North Devon’s countryside, where you can stretch your legs in the adjacent field or make your way inside the cottage to discover the fabulous accommodation.
    When entering the property, you will find a sizeable sitting room to your left, a space that boasts a vaulted ceiling, ample seating for you to relax on and a 55″ Smart TV, so you can watch your favourite shows with ease; the room is also home to a toasty woodburning stove that is ideal for those cooler months. Progress through the property to find the kitchen/diner, where green tiles adorn the walls and exposed beams embellish the ceiling, giving the space a country charm; the chef of the group will be pleased to find a range of appliances to rustle up delicious homecooked meals. When dinner is ready, gather around the dining table to tuck into a mouth-watering meal and catch up on the day’s events.
    The property also provides access to a marvellous games room, where you can play air hockey or table football. The games room is adjacent to the squash court. If the weather allows, you can make your way to the tennis court up the lane and down through a field. For those looking for a more leisurely time, you can choose to relax in the rear garden’s hot tub, taking in those stunning views of the country. As the day draws to a close, choose between five fantastic bedrooms that all enjoy their own, unique style, with four resting on the ground-floor, a twin and two doubles, as well, as another ground-floor double with ensuite shower room. There is another double settled in a private location upstairs, with access to an immaculate, en-suite shower room. The ground-floor bedrooms share access to a beautifully finished bathroom, where you can enjoy a peaceful soak in the bath after a day packed with excursions.

    Just a mile down the road is the lovely village of Bratton Fleming, which has a friendly village shop for all your needs. The quaint village of Challacombe isn’t far and is home to a friendly pub and village shop, whilst also resting close to the fantastic Exmoor Zoo, Bratton Down Point-to-Point, a secure dog walking field and walking trails spanning through Barle Valley. South Molton isn’t far and is where you will find the exhilarating Rock and Rapid Adventures centre, the highly popular Quince Honey Farm, a farm hosting tours, facilities and kid’s activities, along with the intriguing South Molton & District Museum.
    Spend some time within Exmoor National Park where those outdoor enthusiasts of the group will be delighted by the wealth of footpaths, bridleways and cycling routes weaving through the parkland; Exmoor is also home to the Tarr Steps Woodland and Dunkery & Horner,
