Colwyn Bay is a wonderful destination for all the family, with its Welsh Mountain Zoo, stretch of golden sands with abundant watersports to take part in, as well as the pretty Eirias Park to stroll through. Travel a little further to Llandudno and explore the renowned Great Orme Mines and Country Park, learn of the unique history of Llandudno in Amgueddfa Llandudno Museum and climb the Pen-y-Dinas Hillfort where you can take in those views before partaking in snowsports at the Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre. Travel through the underwater tunnel to Conwy where more golfing awaits at the exceptional golf club, along with a brilliant castle and plains of Bodlondeb Park. Outdoors’s enthusiasts should spend the day in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, it is only a short distance away and is packed with nature-rich activities; those wanting to visit thriving towns should make their way towards Anglesey where they can visit Menai Bridge and Bangor.
