Sleeping four, plus an infant, it’s idyllic for a romantic escape or family holiday in the heart of St Ives.

The family bathroom, located off the hallway opposite bedroom two, has a bath with shower-over, take some time out for yourself to enjoy a long, relaxing soak. A private seaward facing balcony, accessed from the lounge and master bedroom, and partially covered, is set above the stunning Porthminster beach, a table with four chairs and a two-seater bench offer ample comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the panoramic sea views to Gwithian and Godrevy lighthouse or down to St Ives harbour and the Island, a perfect setting for alfresco dining.
    St Ives has a variety of cafes and restaurants for foodies to discover, many offer breathtaking ocean or harbour views, your nearest Porthminster Beach Café, is set right on the glorious golden sands below, this Michelin Plate venue offers an idyllic setting for dining out with mouth-watering menus for lunch or dinner, after your meal take a walk around the picturesque arc shaped harbour, search for gifts amongst the boutiques and art galleries dotted around it’s pretty cobbled streets, to see how the town has inspired so many artists visit the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.
    A wonderful walk along the nearby South West Coast Path is an exciting, healthy way to explore the surrounding area, it heads towards Zenor or Hayle, filled with wildlife to spot on the way, or alternatively hop on the scenic railway which follows a similar route, running beside the beaches for a breathtaking journey, stop off at Carbis Bay Beach, this blue flag awarded beach, like the larger ones in St Ives, is lifeguarded at peak times, so perfect for swimming in its azure waters.
