A master en-suite bedroom has a sumptuous oak king size bed, the second room is a twin but the twin beds can be “zip and linked” to a luxurious super king on request. Both rooms are located at the rear ensuring a quiet and peaceful night. A seaward facing patio and communal gardens are accessed from the side of the property. Two tables, each with four chairs, and a garden bench are well placed to allow you to make the most of this beautiful outlook and dine alfresco from sunrise to sunset. The wonderful SW coast path circles Cornwall and is accessed from the end of the communal garden. A 20 min walk from Carbis Bay Beach takes you into St Ives or the golden sands of Gwithian in the other direction. Alternatively hop on at the nearby station for one of the most scenic train journeys in the country. It connects St Ives and its surrounding area.
