The house offers five sumptuous and elegant bedrooms with their own distinct style, three of which are en-suite and there is an indulgent family bathroom and a ground-floor cloakroom. Each of the ground floor sitting rooms have the facility for a roaring fire, one of which is housed in an original range which would have been regularly black leaded in its day by the maid! Give the chef of the group a break from cooking one evening and head out to a local restaurant; Yellowbelly Pizza Co is just across the bridge near the cottage and offers dine-in and takeaway, while The Loft Restaurant offers a traditional menu in a homely setting. The sandy beach at Cleethorpes and the beautiful city of Lincoln are both just over a 20 mile drive from the house. Cleethorpes is home to the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway, making for a fun-filled day out with the children, while the city of Lincoln offers an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés to discover along with its magnificent cathedral. The verdant and undulating Lincolnshire Wolds provide great opportunities for walking and cycling, with Hall Farm Park resting on the fringes, ideal for another afternoon out with the family. Railway enthusiasts can enjoy a day at village of Barnetby, known for being a mecca for train-spotters, before heading back to the cottage for some well-earned rest. 54 Bridge Street is a fantastic holiday home and ideal for break away at any time of year.
