Newbridge is home to a range of shops, pubs and local businesses and is just under three miles away, whilst less than a mile down the road is a petrol station with a SPAR shop and a restaurant and bar, perfect for picking up any essentials or grabbing a bite to eat. Over the border into Wicklow is the Russborough House and Parklands, with an ornate 18th century Palladian villa to explore, home to collections of porcelain, furniture and art, with beautiful grounds surrounding it too. Delight in a leisurely walk along the Blessington Greenway linking the town of Blessington with Russborough House, passing the shores of Blessington Lakes through enchanting forest and woodland too, stopping to appreciate the magnificent scenery and wildlife before you. Families will surely love a trip to Lullymore Heritage & Discovery Park, Wallaby Woods Donadea, Clonfert Pet Farm, and The Kildare Maze.
