Located at the end of a private road, Shilling Stones is a pretty cottage set in the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac. A reverse-level property, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, with plush sofas and modern kitchen design, is set on the first floor to make the most of the spectacular views of the Cornish coastline and sea. Off the living space is a master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and incredible views of Cornwall. There is plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the views as well; the cottage has a small patio area at the front of the house as well as an enclosed garden at the rear with a lawned area and a raised stone patio area with garden furniture – a perfect spot for al-fresco dining. A short walk will take you down to the harbour and village of Port Isaac, a place made famous by the TV series Doc Martin and singing group, Fisherman’s friends. Discover a plethora of fantastic amenities including shops and supermarkets to keep your cupboards full, and a lovely selection of pubs and restaurants when you fancy a night away from the kitchen. Spend a day at the glorious sandy beach with a traditional batch of fish and chips, or try your luck at thrilling watersports at Rock Beach.
