As you enter the property via a small enclosed porch, a snug sitting room invites you to kick off your walking boots and rest in front of the electric log fire. Just across the hallway, discover a larger second sitting room which offers a log burner style gas fire, perfect for warming your toes in front of whilst watching TV. Both sitting rooms are delicately decorated but still retain their original beams ensuring the ‘cottage feel’ runs tastefully throughout the property. From here, escape to the conservatory with a cup of tea while you admire the colourful garden, watch the abundance of visiting birds and wildlife – if you are really lucky you may see the local red squirrels. Outside, the character continues with the picture-perfect mature garden, hosting plenty of seating areas, a patio and a lawn; take your dining alfresco with the barbecue, or enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple in the last of the summer sun.
