The staircase leads to the walk in shower room, and the double and a twin bedrooms, both enjoying picturesque views to wake up to each morning. Head into the nearby village of Haworth (approx 3/4 mile away) where the cobbled High Street and alleyways are steeped in history and not only offer numerous cafés, eateries and pubs but also a variety of independent shops and businesses. Pay a visit to the Bronte Parsonage museum which was the sisters’ home from 1821-1861 or take a walk to Top Withens said to be the inspiration for Wuthering Heights. In the nearby village of Oakworth you will find pubs, a supermarket and also Branshaw Golf Club. Visit the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway at Oakworth station where the original Railway Children was filmed. The market town of Skipton, known as the ‘Gateway to The Dales’, is well worth a visit or venture a little further afield and enjoy a cream tea in Harrogate. Manchester and Leeds are in easy reach.
