Upstairs, you will find three well-presented bedrooms, a king-size with a sleek en-suite bathroom, and a double and a twin with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom, perfect for indulgent soaks at the of an adventure filled day. Wander into the local village, where you can treat your loved ones to a hearty meal at The Crown, sample local ales at the Hartest Brewing Company, or stock up on ingredients at the local butchers. For a wider selection of amenities, head to nearby Glemsford, where you can purchase essentials at the convenience store, order in Chinese or a fish and chip takeaway, dine at the Angel Inn or Black Lion, or explore the towns outskirts where you’ll find the National Trust site of Melford Hall and the beautiful Kentwell Hall. Next stop is Sudbury, home to a heritage centre, Gainsborough’s House, and the welcoming Boathouse Bar and Grill.
