On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and shower room. Steep cottage stairs lead up to the first floor with two bedrooms and en-suite bathroom.
Ground Floor
Entering in the entrance hall with space to hang your coats and place your shoes. Hard flooring runs throughout the ground floor.
Kitchen
This perfectly formed kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm whilst enjoying your self-catering break. This includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a fridge-freezer and washing machine located in the outbuilding.
Dining Room
Located off the kitchen, this spacious room features a large wooden dining table seating six. A large dresser houses a whole range of crockery and glassware.
Sitting Room
Relax at the end of the day in this quaint room with exposed beams, with a sofa and two arms chairs positioned to enjoy the TV. There is an array of board games and books for guests to enjoy.
Shower Room
Perfect to wash off those sandy toes after a day enjoying one of the many Suffolk beaches. There is a shower cubical, wash basin and WC.
First Floor
Carpeted steep stairs lead up to the first floor, with built in stair gate at the top.
Bedroom 1
With exposed original floor boards and beams, a space to retreat to at the end of the day. Relax in the wooden framed king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, there is a cupboard and chest of drawers for your belongings.
En-suite Bathroom
Grab a glass of wine and good book and unwind in the freestanding roll top bath. There is a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail

This carpeted room with views across the garden features a wooden framed double bed with bedside table and lamp. There is a built in wardrobe for your belongings.
Outside
Rhubarb Cottage benefits from an expansive garden, with many secrets areas for the children to explore. In the summer months enjoy the dedicated barbecue and seating area for dining alfresco.
There is a graveled gated driveway with parking for two cars
. Ufford is a favoured rural village. Famed for its medieval church with rare front cover, Ufford also has two excellent pubs, The Ufford Crown gastro-pub and The White Lion, a Suffolk community pub. There is a well-regarded golf-course and excellent spa also available in Ufford itself. The wonderful riverside market town of Woodbridge is 3 miles away with its wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants along with many tourist attractions. RSPB Minsmere is a mere 20 minutes drive away.
