Benefit from a lofty, private driveway before making your way beyond the pretty garden and pond, and into your countryside retreat. Be wowed by the depth of character in the sitting room, complete with beams overhead, an original stone fireplace, and plenty of plush, velvet seating to unwind. Continue into the kitchen/diner, contemporary furnished with state-of-the-art appliances to ease your stay, where you can prepare meals to be enjoyed in the formal dining room, housing a delightful well, paying homage to the home’s history. If you’d prefer to dine alfresco, set the patio table whilst listening to the bird’s tweet and the free-flowing stream pass the home; follow one of the many footpaths into the neighbouring woodland to truly feel at one with nature, encompassed by pretty magnolia trees, heather, and wildlife. As day turns into night, select between two quaint and comfortable double bedrooms, enjoying views over the garden, before refreshing in either of the two bathrooms, providing enough space for your party to refresh.
