St Neot 4.5 miles. Treveddoe Farmhouse nestles in its own private regenerative farm valley of 90 acres, including 20 acres of Temperate Rainforest, on the edge of Bodmin Moor (AONB). Refurbished in 2022, Treveddoe offers the perfect luxury rural escape all year round. Sleeping for up to eleven guests and their canine companions, the farmhouse benefits from spacious living quarters, woodburning stoves and a wood-fired hot tub in a large garden. After a day of wandering the rolling pastures, head to the sitting room and relax beside the woodburning stove, planning out the next adventure as a group. Carry the conversation into the kitchen/diner, where the chef of your group can get organised amongst a the fully equipped kitchen, dazzling range of integrated appliances, marble worktops and a central island. A larder cupboard sits under the stairs where all your groceries can be stored and a large American style fridge/freezer with in-built water dispenser and ice machine means you can easily prepare cold beverages. Host mealtimes at the dining area housing an impressive table built by a local carpenter using wood from the original farmhouse, before heading to the enclosed patio and enjoy a moment before the sun sets over the valley. There is also a large garden with a wood-fired hot tub, perfect for soothing your muscles after a long day, offering the perfect setting for a spot of stargazing in this renowned dark sky environment. As the night rolls in, venture to the first floor and discover three tasteful bedrooms, including two super-king-size rooms with zip/link beds and a king-size room with a four poster bed and a stunning en-suite bathroom, along with a family bathroom. Up another set of stairs leads to the family room which can be arranged with five single beds or a super-king-size bed with three singles, perfect for the younger guests, plus there is another handy bathroom across the small landing. Box off any work at the drop-down desk in the study or utilise the space with another single bed in place, before exploring the surrounding area. Enjoy a day of walking through picturesque pastures and ancient woodland where you will find the River Badalder that runs through the the bottom of the farm, take a chilly dip in the the private river pool before heading back to the warmth of the farmhouse, or wood-fired hot tub.
