As the day draws to a close, take your pick of three tastefully-presented ground-floor bedrooms; a king-size with accompanying en-suite shower, a twin, or a family room with a king-size and a small single. Start each day with a rejuvenating shower or a dip in the bath before you venture out to explore your local area. A short stroll will take you into Trerulefoot, home to The Windy Ridge restaurant and the Little Waitrose at Shell Caradon, where you can stock up on homely essentials throughout your visit.
