Woodland Roost is tucked away in a tranquil woodland setting with panoramic views over Cardigan Bay. Enjoying sea views to the front and a rich woodland garden to the rear. This pretty, detached home is an ideal retreat for all. Please be aware, there is a mountain stream and outside steps. On arrival, park up, ample space before climbing steps with handrail to reach your home-from-home. Discover the bright and airy open plan living space, lounge and kitchen; here the chef of the group can rustle up mouth-watering dishes whilst enjoying the sea view. A small insulated rear conservatory has a cosy dining area with a woodland view and the the sound of the stream. Relax and unwind on the sofa, enjoy a smart TV or plug in your own device for internet access. Or soak in the panoramic seascape from the front conservatory, and enjoy the amazing sunsets. Enjoy the woodland and sea views from the kitchen window. Sit out on the patio, listen to mountain stream, and enjoy the views and enjoy nature at its best. Spot the wildlife, the birds and ponies and sheep in the neighbouring fields and relax. Escape and, choose between two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with bedside lamps so you can escape into a book or stream a favourite program on your own device. Enjoy a cup of tea on the garden patio and enjoy the sceanic view. Plan a day, so much to see and do, in this part of Wales. From mountain walks, relaxing beach days, or visits to historic sites. A walk down the steep hill takes you to the promenade, the beach and a walk to town. Enjoy all the attractions, shops, eateries and harbour this little town has to offer. Pick up a take away, or a some shopping and head back in a taxi. The seaside town of Barmouth is home to a cluster of eateries for when you fancy a break from cooking and varies shops so you can take home a souvenir. For other award-winning beaches, visit the seaside resort of Harlech; here you can explore Harlech Castle, or travel a little further for the steam train in Porthmadog or tour the national park for outstanding views.
