Completing the picture is a wood burner, perfect for cosy informal meals. The paved rear garden provides outdoor dining and barbeque options and there is table football for kids in the adjacent barn. After supper, make your way to the sitting room and unwind as you catch up on the Sky TV. A spacious shower room with a push button quartz shower completes the downstairs. On the first floor, you will find three well-presented bedrooms; a king-size and two twins, one of which has access to a balcony with views of Skiddaw and Latrigg, and all have access to the family bathroom.
