This delightful holiday cottage is ideal for an all-year-round family holiday or for a couple wanting a quiet countryside retreat. Offering inviting accommodation throughout, this cottage is made even more welcoming by the woodburning stove, perfect for relaxing in front of after a day exploring the Shropshire countryside. The private, lawned garden is ideal for enjoying alfresco dining, or just sitting with a drink after a day exploring the many attractions of the area. This cottage near Bridgnorth is on the Jack Mytton bridle path and close to a national cycle route, offering guests excellent walking and cycling opportunities from the doorstep. There is also an excellent choice of fishing lakes in the immediate area around and the pretty market town of Bridgnorth is easily reached, boasting many individual shops, traditional pubs and excellent restaurants. A little further afield is the famous medieval town of Ludlow, pretty Church Stretton, known as Little Switzerland, many National Trust properties and the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. Shepherd’s Cottage is a wonderful holiday destination for a memorable stay in the beautiful Shropshire countryside.
