Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. One well-behaved dog welcome, or two small dogs by prior arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.1 mile. Note: There is currently no gate to the property, please keep dogs on a lead. Note: Pond in the garden, please supervise pets. Note : There is some building work on site at the neighbouring property, disruption will be minimal with most work being carried out Mon-Fri between 9am and 2pm during the months of June and July.
