Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a ground-floor double bedroom, complete with a convenient en-suite featuring a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. A second double bedroom resides on the first-floor, boasting a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Venture upstairs to discover an elegant bathroom, where you can choose between a relaxing soak in the freestanding bath or a quick rinse in the walk-in shower, both options accompanied by a heated towel rail for your comfort. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where you can gather with your loved ones to enjoy a home-cooked meal, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
