The caravan is a 38×12, 2017 Prestige Grade caravan on a prime location pitch complemented by glass decking to ensure the glorious see view is not obstructed in anyway.
There are three bedrooms; the master includes king size bed, dressing table and ensuite, there are two twins which can be pushed together to make a king size and a sofabed in the lounge.
The lounge includes a 32″ SmartvTV/DVD Combo and a Nintendo Wii and also there is a 24″ Smart TV/DVD in the master bedroom, both have catup TV and Netflix.
There is also full mains gas central heating, double glazing and patio doors to the balcony.
The kitchen is well stocked with a large fridge and full size freezer, Nesspresso coffee machine, microwave and upgraded full size electric oven/grill and gas hob. Plus all the pots and pans you would need.
Combi boiler provides instant hot water as required.
The site includes 3 play parks and a beach which can all be accessed at no extra cost.
