Beach House is a 2019 Ambleside, Luxury Platinum Plus holiday home that is situated in position ‘A’

It is 22 metres from the pathway down to the award winning Filey beach, where you can walk into Filey in 30 minutes. If you’d rather sit relaxing on the large wrap-around deck, you can enjoy magnificent views of the views of the sea and cliffs.

Double patio doors lead into a spacious lounge/diner, with 2 free-standing sofa’s where you can sit and take in the sea views, one which converts easily to a comfortable 4′ Bed. There’s a 43″ smart TV connected to super fast broadband and a quality sound bar, giving you the chance to stream the latest movies. there’s also a 2kw electric fire. The Beach house is situated 10 minutes walk to the complexes for the facilities on offer. Great location with views of Filey beach.

The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is fully equipped with all that you’ll require in terms of crockery, pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine etc, as well as appliances that include a wide 5-ring hob, built in oven and grill, built in microwave and full size fridge / freezer There’s a one and half bowl sink under the window, giving views of Filey Brigg and the sea, as well as a full-size dishwasher and washing machine.

The doorway leads to a large entrance hall, with a tall cupboard housing the combination boiler and alarm, in addition there’s a Dyson There’s the main bathroom with a powerful shower, wc and basin. The main bedroom has a comfortable 5′ bed, dressing table, a 43″ smart TV, large wardrobe in the dressing area and an en-suite bathroom, with a second powerful shower, wc and basin.

The second bedroom has 2 x 3′ beds with storage underneath, wardrobe, a dressing table, TV, and views from the window of the sea.

The central heating and all of the gas appliances in this stunning accommodation run from piped gas, meaning you never have to worry about it running out.

A £75 Deposit secures your break.
All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security ‘clean and care’ bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday.

Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

Friday – Friday (7 nights)
we accept ( 10 & 14 nights)

Freshly laundered bedding will be supplied for all beds made on arrival at a one off cost. This is a signature lodge so some hand towel / bath mats are included in this cost however personal bath towels are not supplied. We recommend packing of towels!

At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
