Sited opposite the swimming pool and just a short walk to all of the park’s attractions, yet we’re only a short walk to an absolutely beautiful and extremely clean beach which is mainly sandy and an absolute credit to this amazing camp site at Haven Caister-On-Sea, Near Great Yarmouth.

This is a luxury holiday home with a difference! The sliding doors at the front lead out on to an integrated, covered front veranda with patio set perfect for al-fresco dining or your morning coffee.
Inside, the lounge area has luxury soft furnishings including free-standing 3-seater and 2-seater sofas in a stylish grey fabric. There are two upholstered cube stools and one of the sofas is a pull out occasional bed which extends the living space should you wish to use it. We have Freeview satellite TV installed for your entertainment.

The U-shaped kitchen provides ample space for preparing your food with 40mm laminate worktops and up-stands. We have fitted out the kitchen with all the usual utensils, equipment, crockery and glasses to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. There is plenty of cupboard space with soft close mechanisms plus a microwave, gas oven, grill and 4-burner gas hob with stainless steel overhead extractor. There is an integrated fridge-freezer opposite the main kitchen area, plus a free-standing dining table and chairs.

A central door leads through from the kitchen to the Bordeaux sleeping and bathing accommodation.
First up on the right is the family bathroom with large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower, LED vanity spot lights, a dual flush WC, hand basin and 2 large storage wall cabinets.
Across the corridor is the twin bedroom with Duvalay mattresses, padded headboards, over-bed reading lights and over-bed storage, plus a tall wardrobe at the end of the bed.

The final room of the Bordeaux is the main bedroom. The double bed has a Duvalay mattress, a contemporary and stylish padded headboard and over-bed reading lights. For storage, there are bedside cabinets, over-bed storage plus a double wardrobe at the end of the bed. Also, there is a vanity area with mirror. The master is also equipped with a TV and hairdryer. The en-suite has a WC and wash basin adding a little privacy for the main bedroom users.

Further to the stunning interiors, you also benefit from double glazing, central heating, cosy coal effect electric fire, luxury carpet underlay and insulated walls, roof and floors.

Please note, we can provide duvets and pillows free of charge for the beds only. We do not supply bedding for the sofa bed due to lack of storage space. if you require linen (covers and pillowcases) we can supply this for £50.

Our check in days are either Mondays or Fridays for the following durations:

Mon to Fri 4 night mid week stay.
Fri to Mon 3 night weekend stay.
7 nights.
10 nights.
14 nights.

Check in is from 2pm onwards, but you can be on the park from 9am. If our cleaner gets her work done any earlier we will certainly let you know.
Departure is strictly by 10am to allow a deep clean between guests.

We welcome well behaved pets but please keep them off the furniture! The park is ideal for dog walking as there plenty of places to explore and plenty of shade to keep cool.
