The space

Open plan living, dining area and kitchen area. There are bi folding patio doors leading to a wrap around decking area outside which holds a patio set, perfect for your morning coffee or even late night star gazing.
Comfortable and relaxing corner sofa that can be made into a sofa bed, with a full length double window view, coffee table, lounge chairs, TV and an electric log burner fire for the perfect cosy evening, even in the summer.

Island breakfast bar come morning or come evening use it for preparing food or even hosting your very own self service dinner for entertaining.
Plenty of cupboard and draw storage in the kitchen dining area. Modern kitchen area, integrated, hobs, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, cooking utensils along with pots and pans.
Washing machine/dryer

King size bed with memory foam toppers, Wall mounted TV built in dvd player, dressing table with chair/ mirror. Double and single wardrobe space with bottom draws, under bed storage for suitcases.
Bedside tables either side. Plenty of natural light.
