In 2022 we completed a full renovation of the property, taking the van from private ownership and converting to holiday let. Additional annual decoration and refresh works have also taken place ready for the 2025 season.
Located in the private owner’s section of the park at the quieter top end of the park, Jabba provides wonderful sea views (the best on the park) and private outdoor decking so you can watch the world go by. There is also a patio area at the rear of the decking suitable for BBQs.
Inside has an open plan kitchen, diner and living room. There is a double bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a main bathroom with shower.
The location offers plenty of opportunity for days out with public transport connecting the area superbly. In just 10 minutes on the bus you can reach Brixham and Paignton with Torquay being a little further up the road. The Dartmouth steam railway runs across the bottom of the park connecting Paignton to Kingswear with an included ferry service to Dartmouth.
This is also a fantastic location for walkers as the South West Coast Path runs along the bottom of the park. We have found it easy to complete the entire section from Starcross to Torcross using public transport.
