Our caravan is a ‘Prestige’ style equivalent with decking, just a short walk to the main complex and the beach. Located on plot Preseli 44 with a stunning Sea-View.

A Decking area has been fitted to our holiday home. Outdoor furniture, allows a place of relaxation to enjoy a beverage while watching the sun go down with sea views, or watch the family play.

car parking space can fit 2 cars alongside the caravan.

Beds will be made upon arrival.

A storage area for shoes, umbrellas, etc is located by the door.

A 40-inch TV with freeview and DVD player with a selection of children DVDs and games stored in the cupboard below.

A Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge freezer kettle, and all utensils that you will require during your stay.

The bathroom has a large size shower with a wash basin.

The caravan has Electric Heating throughout with a gas fire in the lounge.

It is fitted with both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Outside there is a modernized wrap-around decked area with seating and a lockable gate. There is an allocated parking space outside.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN. NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS CARAVAN.

There is a £100 damage/respect bond which will be refunded as long as the caravan is left in the same state that it was found. Holidays can be of any length with a minimum number of 3-night stays.

The park slopes gently towards the sea and there is a fantastic woodland nature walk to discover, which leads you down to the beautiful sandy beach. The Entertainment Complex on site has its own Splash Zone and heated pools. It is a mile walk to the harbor where you can often sit and spot dolphins in the sea or enjoy a boat ride across Cardigan Bay to get even closer. New Quay offers a truly memorable experience for young and old alike.
