Thanks for looking at our cosy, 3 bed (8 berth) home from home static caravan with sea view at Skipsea Sands, Bridlington!
The site has a great family entertainment complex and is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. So there’s plenty to do.
Our caravan is maintained to a very high standard, and is spacious and comfortable with 3 good sized bedrooms. The caravan is situated in a quiet part of the park on Northfield which is only a 10 minute walk to the main entertainment centre and just 15/20 minutes walk to the beach.
The living area has a smart TV with Netflix and we provide free wi-fi. The caravan has electric wall panel central heating, an electric fire in the living area and is double glazed throughout. There is a fully fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, oven/grill, hob as well as pans, plates, cutlery and utensils.
The wrap around south facing decking is securely gated, keeping the little ones and fur babies safe! There is also a table and chairs on the patio area as well as lighting for those lovely evenings sat outdoors enjoying the sea view.
The caravan has a private stone driveway providing off-road parking for up to 1 large vehicle.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided, however we do not provide bedding as standard (a surcharge applies if bedding is required) so you will need to bring your own as well as your own hand, bath and tea towels. The booking price does include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar on arrival, and all utilities.
We are located close to Bridlington, Hornsea, Scarborough and the famous Skirlington Sunday market.
Please note:
All bookings require a £50 refundable damage deposit, which will be refunded after your departure once we have been in to check the caravan has been left in the same condition as you found it. Should you need to cancel your booking a cancellation charge of £50 will apply so we have the right to keep your deposit, however we will of course try to arrange alternative dates should you need to reschedule. We do not provide passes for the complex, however these can be purchased from reception on arrival should you require them. Swimming can be booked and paid for at any point of your stay as well, just visit reception.
