3 bedroom deluxe model pet-friendly caravan on Apple Grove with sea views just 3 rows back from the beach. Ideal location 2 minutes to the beach, 5-6 minutes to complex, is available to hire. Full central heating. Large decking to enjoy the views and alfresco dining.
It is well maintained, and a full inventory can be found in the caravan, ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well-loved and cared for by its private owner. We are child-friendly and will find lots of added extras such as a high chair, travel cot and bed guard for your use. The owners also provide for your enjoyment several games and books.
Lounge – There is a large sofa in the lounge and also 2 arms chairs, electric fire, TV and coffee table.
Kitchen – Fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided, including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Dining Area – Freestanding table with dining chairs.
Bedrooms – The main bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Sleeps up to 8.
The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds, but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases unless the linen option is purchased.
Bed linen is not provided, but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at a small additional cost if required.
Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
Shower room – Fully fitted shower and wash basin.
Toilet room – Toilet and wash basin.
Situation – The caravan is situated on Apple Grove, has sea views and is only 3 rows back from the beach, so a great location only a 2-minute walk to the Beach and a 5-6 minute walk to the complex.
This caravan is pet-friendly.
The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan, and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday, so no queuing at reception. Check-in is 3pm and check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.
