3 bedrooms but sleeps 8 with the double sofa bed (1 king and 2 twin bedrooms)

2 bathrooms (one ensuite to the king master bedroom with a toilet and sink).  Main bathroom has a built in shower pod and storage cupboard with mirror and over mirror light.

The lounge house a fixed L shape sofa and also a smaller L shaped sitting area with table and stools.  The living area has a handy storage / shoe rack h Ernest’s the breakfast bar. The lounge/kitchen space is “open space”.  Off the lounge area is patio doors that lead to a large secure wrap around decked area with patio furniture that seats 8.

The lounge has a 50″ TV and NowTV including Sky Sports and TNT.  There is also a built in music system and speakers. Caravan also comes with free STARLINK WIFI – getting speeds of up to 400mgb. You will not find many other caravans on site with this.

The kitchen comes equipped with all of the essentials you will need if you are preparing a family meal.  It also has a dishwasher and a built in fridge freezer.

All bed linen is provided but you need to bring your own towels and tea towels. There is a launderette on site should you need to use it. We have purchased a full king size divan with a Simba mattress for the main bedroom.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but we do politely ask that they are not left in the caravan alone.  Unfortunately Away Resorts do not allow XL bullies on their parks so we cannot allow this breed in our caravan. We may ask you what breed of dog you are bringing along.

The caravan is situated on the perimeter of the park nestled between the mountains and the sea.  The beach is a 4 minute walk away from the caravan.

Mount Snowdon is approx 1 hour drive away

Harlech Golf Course (Royal St Davids) is 7 miles away and Aberdovey Golf Club is 37 miles away and accessible by car or the train

There are lots of outdoor family pursuits locally ie ziplines, days out etc

Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Iceland and Co-op all deliver to the site.

Children’s park which also includes an enclosed football/basketball area

Direct Beach Access – you can walk for miles left or right – this beach is completely dog friendly

There is also a Restaurant across from this Nineteen.57 which has a bar and very good reviews for food

Talybont train station is an 8 minute walk from the caravan, you can get into Barmouth in 7 minutes for £3 return.  Dog friendly and can book tickets via Trainline.  If you are from the Midlands you can get a direct train from Birmingham New Street, Birmingham International, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury to Talybont Station.  So if you don’t drive, don’t worry.

The bus service is also very good and goes far and wide.  Take a look at the timetables online for the up to date seasonal timetables.

NO LEISURE PASSES TO PURCHASE AT THIS SITE UNLIKE SOME OF THE LARGER COMPLEXES

RULES

We don’t have many but all we do ask is….

Please do not leave dogs on their own in the van.  Barmouth is very dog friendly and they are welcome almost everywhere.

Please do not allow dogs onto the sofas where possible and especially when wet.  If this is an issue then please use the throws provided.  Please do not allow dogs on the beds under any circumstances.

Please swill off muddy/sandy dogs using the outside tap before entering the caravan

Please line the cooker/grill with tinfoil before use

No smoking or vaping inside of the caravan, smoking outside is permitted but please use an ashtray
