This lodge sits in an elevated position on Chestnut Forest, the most sought after location on the park.
Large decking area with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The decking has outside lighting so is a lovely place to spend your evening.
This home is very unique onsite and feels like a home away from home.
There are a flight of steps to enter the properties decking from the parking area that is big enough for 2 cars.
The whole decking area is fully enclosed and gated making it ideal for small children.
On entering the lodge there is an entrance hall with cupboards for coats and shoes and a built-in washer/dryer.
The entrance hall leads into an open plan lounge / dining area with a fully fitted modern kitchen.
The dining table seats 8 people.
In the kitchen area you will find:

The lounge area has comfortable sofas, an electric fire and large screen TV and DVD player

2 x Twin bedded rooms with wardrobes
There are small tv’s in each bedroom
There is a main bathroom with a full-size bath and a shower over it.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
It is only a 5 min walk to the local Nisa shop onsite and the fishing lakes.
This is the perfect location for exploring Cornwall, lots of excellent local pubs for dinner and Padstow is only a 20 min drive away.
If you are a golf enthusiast, there are many really good courses within 40 mins.
Our favourite is Trevose, the views are stunning, the course amazing and they serve top quality food all day.
