Our caravan is sited at the top end of the park, close to the children’s outdoor play ground and airspace and a short walk from the entertainment complex, restaurants, shop, swimming pool, sandpit, football pitch.
You can sit out on the patio with very little noise disturbance during the day, and put the little ones to bed in the evening without hearing everyone heading back from the evening entertainment.
within the caravan you’ll find everything you need: from beds made up on arrival to washing up liquid so you can save plenty of space in your bags as there’s no need to pack everything including the kitchen sink.

Play passes are available to purchase through haven only. once I have registered your holiday with haven, they will then send you a confirmation email with details on play passes and your car pass for arrival if required.
Please note all facilities can be used without a play pass with the exceptions of the live lounge (entertainment), swimming and bookable activities. You can use the Saxon bar which has evening entertainment and soft play, the mash and barrel restaurant, burger king, papa johns and the arcades can all be used without a pass!
I’d advise you to download the my haven app, this allows you to order burger king and papa johns to the caravan and to your table when in the live lounge or Saxon, also drinks and other bar snacks.
Check-in is from 3pm – check-out by 11am Feel free to stay on site, but we kindly ask that the caravan is left clean and tidy with keys returned to the key box so the caravan can be made ready for the next guests.
Please note that we require a refundable deposit of £50 (automatically included upon your booking) which is returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the caravan within 2 days of your departure. If damages or items are missing then your deposit is forfeited.
