This beautiful and modern villa is situated along the beachfront on Pevensey Bay Beach.
The villa has wrap-around decking with beach view and the sound of the waves.
The decking is enclosed with a lockable gate. Therefore safe for your fury friends not to escape!
A small pebbled area is also below the decking with a Chiminea.
The villa has a stunning large kitchen with an island and a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen also has an added bonus of dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Patio doors open directly up from the living room onto the view of the beach.
The villa boasts two bathrooms – one with a bath and over bath shower. The second has a walk-in shower. Both have WC.
There is one double bedroom with a king-size bed and second bedroom with twin beds. The sofa bed in the lounge turns into a small double bed.
Private parking space next to the villa which will take two medium sized cars.

I welcome shorter stays and longer stays, and am flexible on check-in days.
The Villa has gas central heating and double glazing throughout, . It is very warm and cosy in the winter months.
Non-moulting pets are welcomed.
Smoking is permitted outside only. Strictly no smoking inside
The Wi-Fi has a good strong connection throughout the home.
The main TV is also a smart TV and has Netflix , Prime , YouTube etc. .
