This is a new caravan 2023, edition on site from October hence in immaculate new condition. This caravan is a top of the range ‘platinum’ standard and is equipped to a very high standard. . The quality of the fixtures and fittings have all added to the positive feedback we have received.
The caravan offers full central heating and double glazing. There are two sets of patio doors opening onto two separate verandas which are comfortably furnished with chairs and tables and both offer spectacular sea views over Torbay and Torquay.
The light and airy lounge which opens on to one veranda is well furnished with a comfortable three piece suite, large screen TV and a ‘real effect’ fire.
The tastefully, fitted kitchen is fully equipped with hob, dishwasher, grill and oven. All crockery, cookware and cutlery needs are provided. There is also a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen offers access to a second veranda with panoramic sea views.
The two bedrooms and a family bathroom are situated along the private hallway separated from the kitchen lounge by a door.
The beautifully furnished master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom complete with a bath and shower over, washbasin and WC. The wardrobe area is spacious giving the bed room very generous storage. There is a TV in the bedroom
The smaller second bedroom is equipped with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a TV.
The shared family bathroom has a large shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
In the local area are Torquay, Paignton, Dartmouth, Brixham and Totnes – all worth a visit. The historic Dartmouth Steam Railway passes close by. There are numerous boat trips around the bay. The site is served by a local bus which goes to Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Waterside has good amenities including an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi area
