Access to the holiday home is from 4pm on day of arrival. I do not include cleaning and would expect you to clean properly before you leave. A cleaner visits before your arrival to check all is ok.
In the event of any major damage or breakages whilst occupied we would ask for replacement or installation cost within 7 days failing which we reserve the right to commence recovery proceedings and any associated costs being paid by you.
