This van has its own private bay parking and is close to all park amenities. Berwick town is a 10 min walk from the site. Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick and Northumberland zoo is a short drive, and Edinburgh zoo is one stop away on the train.

This is a non-smoking family caravan. Full Deposit will be kept if guests smoke INSIDE the caravan.
Table and chairs are provided on the decking.
A deposit of £75 will be added to the cost of your holiday and refunded once the caravan has been checked over. Please leave the caravan the way you found it. A cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit if the van has been left in an unacceptable way.
There is a hoover and cleaning products in the van.
DOG OWNERS Please take responsibility for any mess your dog(s) make, and clean it up before you leave. Do not let your dog(s) on the SOFA or BEDS.
