With around 200 years of history, the property blends period charm with practical features that suit relaxed coastal breaks. Inside, the sitting room offers a welcoming space to unwind after days outdoors. The kitchen/diner supports easy holiday living, whether you’re planning simple suppers or slow breakfasts before heading out. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, provide flexible accommodation for couples, friends, or a small family, while the bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate walk-in shower room help mornings run smoothly. Outside, the enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture is ideal for fresh-air dining, and one well-behaved dog is welcome to join you. Christchurch itself is a pleasure to explore, from the historic Christchurch Priory to gentle strolls along the River Stour and Avon at Christchurch Quay. Mudeford Quay is close by, known for its harbour views, seafood huts, and ferry trips across to Mudeford Spit. A little further afield, Bournemouth offers a classic seaside day out with its sandy beach, pier, and lively town centre, while Poole draws visitors with its vast natural harbour, waterfront walks, and boat trips.
